Hi,
You need to get a full battery of tests done.
Please rule out typhoid, dengue and most importantly we need to rule out a respiratory infection.
Do not take aspirin without consulting a physician.Take some other medication for the time being like ondansetron 4mg , pantoprazole 40mg in morning and APAP is fine.
contact me anytime for further assistance.
Take Care.
thank you.
all features are consistent with flu. without knowing the duration of fever it is very difficult to comment about an diagnosis.
continue your conservative treatment for a total of 1 week.
if fever not subsided then consult a internal medicine specialist.
