Severe Headaches, Nose Bleeds, Dizziness, Excessive Sleep And Numbness In The Hands And Feet. What Is Causing These?

Hi. Just recently i have been having really bad headaches. They feel really sharp and sometimes i have nose bleeds. I also keep having extreme dizzy spells where i feel light headed and i must sit down. I am alsi sleeping alot. Way more than usual. This followes by aches and pains and i also get alot of numbness easily in my hands and legs/feet. My doctor has just told me she "doesnt have an explanation" i would like a second opinion. If you could help me i would be greatfull. Thank you :) amy. Z

Hello
Thanks for asking your query in HCM.
As you have headache and nasal bleed these sign are indicating towards the increased blood pressure . so first go for blood pressure checkup .
You can also go for BT and CT test of blood to rule out the any bleeding disorder.
But As per your clinical symptomes it more likely to be increased blood pressure

I hope this information will be helpful for you
