Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Your symptoms are suggestive of flu like illness associated with sinusitis. I would suggest over the counter pain killers for the headaches and fever thrice daily for two days. Steam inhalation will help relieve the pressure and facilitate drainage of sinuses. Rest is must for flu, so sleep it out.
If symptoms do not reduce then get in touch with your GP for a detailed examination and appropriate therapy.

Thanks.
