Hello, If you have to take zapiz for only 3-4 days in 2-3 months then it should not be a problem. What you should do is try relaxation technique helping you sleep. Maintain sleep hygiene (hot water bath in evening, warm milk before you sleep, avoid tea/coffee/caffeinated beverages in evening, avoid day time naps and soothing music while you sleep). However, if this insomnia persists and requirement of zapiz increases you should see your psychiatrist. Regards.
