Severe Itchiness No Rash With Bloody Stool,no Pain

i have been itching all over my body for 3 months now, there is no rash or irritation until AFTER i have scratched it alot (which i cant help) also a day ago i had a REALLY bloody BM, blood was bright,deep red. but i am in no physical pain. BM was loose so there was no strain, any connection?

Continuous severe itching may be due to eczema or scabies. An examination is an integral part of the diagnosis. A bloody bowel movement can be due to anal fissures or rectal polyp or a bowel problem which needs a colonoscopy for diagnosis.
