Severe Lower Abdominal Pain. Normal Test Reports. Any Advice?

my niece has had extreme lower abdominal pain and no pain relief is helping and she is in extreme pain for hours, up to 10hrs, started when she was carrying her son, spent 2 months in hospital and numerous tests have found nothing now this is happening again and morphine, tramadol (intravenis), panadol don't aid her in any way. She screams and tenses in agony and she has had several MRI's and CT scans, please help I just watched her squirm and scream for 2hrs and all the pain relief she can have was given had not helped and I left her in that state...

Thanks for posting yuor query, Treating abdominal pain depends on its cause. This can range from medications for inflammation, GERD, or ulcers, to antibiotics for infections, to changes in personal behavior for abdominal pain caused by certain foods or beverages. In some cases such as appendicitis and a hernia, surgery is necessary.
