Severe Lower Back Pain Also In Stomach
I m 37 yrs old and I had a C-Scan and was told that I have a 4cm cyst on my left ovary . I m not hurting in my stomach at all but severe pain in my lower back and in the tail bone area. Could this cause the pain that I m having? Sitting is very hard for me b/c of the tail pain, even when I get home I sit on my couch side way so I don t put alot of pressure on it.

Only a twisted ovarian cyst or a very large one can cause severe pain.The kind of pain that you are describing usually is not caused by the 4cm simple cyst.I think you need to rule out any bone problems to the coccyx/lower spine.this kind of pain is usually due to trauma.
