Severe Migraine, Feels Drained Out, Vision Goes Black
hello Ive been going through a really rough time the past week from being so drained, massive migraines that last days, and every once and a while my right eyes vision goes black, but today it keeps coming and going, and an unrelated question is melatonin ok to give to a 4 year old, she hasnt been sleeping very well at all and wakes up every morning at about 4:45-5:30

As long as the question of migraine is concern the attack will go away even if you do not take any medicine for this, you have to keep your self away from the aggravating factor for rapid relief, have good sleep, some time Acetaminophen and Domeperidone gives good result in such attack, now your second question, giving such medicine(Melatonin) to child of 4 years old is not at all advisable, have nice day.
