Hello ma'am and welcome.

The early signs of a menstrual cycle can easily be blocked/stopped for a while with the help of hormone medication.

The flatualence and other signs of a gastrointestinal condition will have to be further investigated as this is associated with conditions like:
-Irritable bowel syndrome
-Infections
-Inflammatory bowel disease
-Celiac diseases
And a few other conditions that can result in such a presentation.

Please visit your childs gynecologist and a gastroenterologist.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
