Severe Nodular Acne On Upper Cheek, Occasional Breakouts On Nose. Allergic Or Sinus Reaction?

hi doctor ! I want to ask you a few questions related to acne. Im 18 years old, you can call me safra . When I was 16 years old, my skin is qiuite flawless but I had a few breakouts on my nose and my forehead. My skin was considered flawless. But when I've reached 17, my skin was starting to breakout a lot on my nose. Eyeryone told me that I had sinus. It was quite bothering me and it totally affects my level of confidence. A few months passed, and thanked god it started to heal. But the big problem is i started to have nodular acne on my upper cheek. Its not just any nodules, its quite severe. Last month, they are gone but then it started to appear again. What begans to worry me is that my forehead, chin, lower cheek are flawless. But still getting a few breakouts on nose but not frequent like I've used to. so i really want to know what is going with my skin because i think my skin dont have any problem on the other parts. Did my nodules has anything to do with sinus or allergic reaction? I've been doing a massive research about these. Please help me! Your early reply will be greatly appreciated :) thank you
