Hello
Welcome to healthcare magic.
From your history, it seems to me that there are 2 things contributing to your numbness and swelling. One may be your previous condition of reflex sympathetic dystrophy. Another cause could be local destruction of cutaneous nerves during the injury which could lead to a similar picture. There may be some amount of edema due to severe lacerations.
Try to keep your limbs at an elevated position.
Hope this clears your doubt.
Take care.
