Severe Pain And Few Lumps In The Heel. What Could This Be?

For the last 3 months I started having heel pain...it is worse when I wake up in the morning I can barely walk on my left heel the pain eventually goes away after about 20 steps or so...Although the pain does not go away completely I still have the pain but I can tolerate to walk on it...I have also noticed that when I step on the right heel I have a 2 lumps that pop out on the side of my heel...When I sit down or rest for a min or so as soon as I get up to walk it exscutiating pain and like always afree a couple of steps the pain decreases. ..

get consultation from ortho or general surgeon to find the cause and after diagnosing he will be able to treat according to the situation
