Severe Pain Below Belly Button And Bleeding After And During Sex, Sharp Pain In Lower Abdomen. History Of Sterilization And Fitted Coil For Heavy Menstrual Bleeding. Help
I have pain during and after sex which can lead to bleeding. after sex the pain is so bad that i can't sit down, i have to lay down. the pain is deep inside below my belly button. it is then also painfully to go to the toilet after. i get sharp pains throughout my lower abdomen. i was sterilized in 2010 and have had a coil fitted 6 months ago to help with heavy menstrual bleeding. i was told this would help the sexual pain but its only got 10 times worse.

I understand that u have pain in the lower abdomen.
Well if its getting worse after having contact it points towards cervical erosion.it might be oestrogen deficiency too.
Plz consult a gynaecologist to see for any cervicitis or vaginitis too.
As u have fitted the coil it might be a irritant too.
In some patients there are chances of coil irritation.
I suggest doin a scan as it points towards endometriosis.
It might be ovarian cyst also.
U also said that urination is difficult.
Do a routine urine test for infection.
U might need pain killers and antibiotics.
