Severe Pain In Back And Hip. What Does Blood Report Suggest?

my blood report is : wbc : 6800 N:59 L:40 E:01 HB:13.1 PCV:39% PLATELETS:245x10 MP:NEGATIVE AND MY UFR IS ALBUMIN:TRACEY SUGAR:NIL PUS CELLS:1-2 RED CELLS:10-15 AND I AM 32 YEARS OLD LITTLE OVER WEIGHT 80KG. HAVING PAIN IN MY HIP/BACK DOCTOR CAN U SAY WHAT IS THAT?

Hello
Thanks for writing to us

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).This is indicated by presence of pus cells,RBC in urine.
You need proper clinical examination and investigations.Back pain may be due to UTI.
Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Urine culture and sensitivity,Ultrasound of abdomen.Further investigations can be done if needed.
You need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity test.
Alkalizing syrup should also be given to change PH of urine.
