Severe Pain In Ear, Red, Hot On Touching. Infection? What Could Be The Cause?

I have a severe pain in my ear I think its from a pimple that I seen from a pic I took and its hurts from the bac on my ear to my jaw glands half way down my throat and the side of my cheek its crustin up n my ear gets really red and hot when I touch it. so is it a infection or what can cause it when I keep my ears cleaned.?

You may have developed a cellulitis from the initial "pimple". Cellulitis results when an opening is created in the skin and bacteria is able to enter. you might need antibiotics and monitoring. Use warm compresses on the area. Be seen soon
