Severe Pain In Testicles, Swelling. Taking Antibiotics, Not Getting Better. Recommendations?

My friend has been having pains in his testicles to the point of fainting. He has been feeling these pains for about four months now. he has been tested for std's and tests have come back clean.. He says there is swelling and pain.. A doctor scanned his testis and said there was something going on.. But the doctors have just been giving him antibiotics the whole time, but nothing has been getting better.

Hi
It looks like infection of testis and epididymis, epididymo orchitis that can lead to swelling and pain.
You have to take good antibiotics and anti inflammatory drug.It will take some time for cure
Torsion of the testis has to be excluded by colour doppler of scrotum.
Wish you good health
