For confirmation of diagnosis and treatment you should do-
1- M.R.I. of neck.
2- blood sugar (F & PP).
After this a thorough examination and clinical co-relation of examination finding facts for real pathology will come in view, and diagnosis may be made and finally line of treatment may be plan.
