Severe Pain On Right Side Of Throat, Feeling Of Lump On Right Side. Anything To Worry?
Hello, the last 6 days I have had severe pain on the right side of my throat. It is not always constant, but it hurts more than it doesn't. When I bend over and swallow, I can feel it the worst and I feel like I cannot swallow when I bend over. I dont have a red swollen throat on the inside and no signs of white dots on the inside. Looks completely normal when I look in the back of my throat. I can feel a lump on right side of my throat on the outsode under my ear region that I dont feel on the left side. Should I be concerned?
Hi, From history it seems that you might be having acute pharyngitis giving rise to this problem and enlarge lymph node below right ear. Go for one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines. Do warm water gargles. Avoid cold drinks and junk food. Ok and take care.
