Hi, it appears that is a stubbern infection, hence it is so difficult to cure. I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have culture and sensitivity of the discharge from those eruptions, and use medicines accordingly.
wash face with cold water with out soap, several times a day.Take more pf green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and proteine rich foods.
Thank you.

Dermatologist Dr. Johny Chacko's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Acutret when given under close supervision and monitoring by an experienced dermatologist is a wonderful medicine which gives long term relief. Nothing works as good as isotretinoin but is usually reserved for the more severe acne. Tablet Azithromycin 500 mg three consecutive days a week or Capsule Doxycycline 100 mg per day daily are other alternatives. Salicylic acid chemical peel once in two weeks will help control the pimples faster. You need to consult a dermatologist practicing cosmetology for this. The medicines mentioned above are all prescription only medicines. Hope this helped.
Take care
