Severe Scratches And Round Shaped Spots On Thighs, Butt, Cheeks. Itching Lumps On Penis Foreskin

I am having severe scratching on my thighs, butt cheeks. Small, tiny, round shaped spots are present there. However, from last 3/4 days, I am noticing small lumps on my penis foreskin. Only one became visible first. And then gradually 4/5 inconsistent lumps have grown up. They cause serious itching, especially at night. I used a lotion that helped reduce the itching at first but the itching hasn't gone yet. I am really worried since my penis has 5/6 lumps all around it's shaft.
Please provide me some medication, so I can get rid of it.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed Muco Cutaneous Genital Candidiasis.

As this is very common in diabetes Please get your blood tests done to rule out diabetes.

Please take anti fungal medications like Fluconozole orally twice daily .
Wash the entire area with water twice daily and apply topical anti fungal ointment over affected area and foreskin.

Ensure to wash your inner wares with boiling hot water mixed with anti septic lotion like Dettol.
