Severe Stabbing Chest Pains, Hard Lump Under Armpit And Cough
my 35 year old male friend has severe stabbing chest pain he has hard lump under arm pit and although he tends to have a cough anyway I can hear that it has actually got louder and deeper my 35 year old male friend has severe stabbing chest pain. he has hard lump under arm pit and although he tends to have a cough anyway I can hear that it has actually got louder and deeper..? I want him to go to the hospital but finding it hard to get him to agree please help....!

I have had now in 2 weeks a severe stabbing pain in my left side to the middle of my chest .When this happens i get very hot and sweaty very flushed and feel very heavy and weak and tired.
Also anther day i had the pains for about an hour but not severe, i dont have any after affects but i am quite concerned about it it does not seem normal.
Iam 47 yrs old I smoke prob to much I drink socially

It Looks like your friend might be suffering from some kind of infection of lungs which might have lead to chest pain and Enlargement of lymph nodes under the arm pit. It is advice-able to consult a doctor immediately, get appropriate investigations done and Start on antibiotics. If your friend is having pain on the left side i would recommend to get a ECG done to be on safer side..
