Severe Stomach Cramps, Right Side Tender, Gas. Appendicitis?

Hello I woke up last night with severe stomach cramps. I though my stomach was full of gas and or I'm just constipated. However my right side where my ovaryighy be is very tender. Ive passes some gas however my right side is still very gender. It's like I have pulled muscles or something on top of having bad gas pains. Could this be appendicitis should I go have this checked out?

Hi,
Well while appendicitis is the usual suspect when it comes to severe right abdominal pain, but there are other causes as well, such as-
ectopic pregnancy
kidney stone
crohns disease
hernias etc..
So if the pain is severe, yes, I would say get a check up done.
After-all precaution is never a bad thing.
I hope this helped.
