Dear Friend.

We would like to know the location of pain , if it is in uppermost centre of your stomach , it might be due to acid peptic disease , as you say your all reports are normal.

I advise you to get an ultrasound and endoscopy to find the cause.

Treatment would depend on the cause.

You may discuss with your doctor to take pantoprazole or rabeprazole.
