Severe Stomach Pains That Were Okay After An Hour Once

Severe stomach pains that were okay after an hour once I took 2 800mg ibuprofen but it's only been 2 hours since then severe stomach pains are back having cold and hot flashes haven't been able to use the bathroom in weeks only urinate currently on prescribed suboxone and Adderall. I also took a laxative tablet yesterday just one senna laxative pill and it produced very minimal bowel movement didn't have the pains or anything until over 6 hours later from taking that laxative pill help!
