Sex Painful After Partial Hysterectomy, Possibly Titled Cervix. What Can I Do ?

Hi, I am a 53 year old married woman who had a partial hysterectomy a couple years ago. After healing, I was having very painful sex, most of the time, was unable to have sex with my husband., went back to the Dr. and told me I know had a tilted cervix, It has been almost 2 years since I have been able to have sex, and the Dr. did nothing to help me. What can I do?

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Vaginitis ( vaginus) may be due to hormonal imbalance due to age factor.
Due to reduced amount of estrogen patient develops dryness in and around vagina and painful sexual intercourse.
Mild degree vaginal infection may be the other cause.
Evaluation of estrogen , F S H , L H hormones are very important.
So consult one more Gynaecologist/ physician and get their opinion.
Hope I have answered your question.
If further any question I will help.
Get well soon.
