Sexual Arousal And Urination Leads To Sperm Like Liquid Discharge With Low Erection. Why Does Flaccid Penis Shrink?

I get a sperm like liquid from my penis when I get sexually aroused, even if I do not get a full erection. n also sometimes during or after urinating
my erect penis size is about 4 n half inches, is this too small ??
n also my flaccid penis shrinks n it does not hang down, it reduces to very small size about 1 inch
i have 2 concern about these 3 problems, is it normal or i should have to concern a urologist

The sperm produced is supposed to be ejected from the body. If you do not masturbate or indulge in sex, your body will eject the sperm through so many ways including what is happening to you.

Penis length of 2 inches can also satisfy a female, you have 4.5 inches. Be happy. Shrinking penis is also common. Please stop worrying about this. You do not have to see any doctors. Talk to your friends and they should also have the same problems.
