Sexually Active. Period Is Late. On Rebiff 44. Light Brown Discharge. HPT Negative. Pregnancy?
My last period was on the 21st of April and I have consistent periods that come every 27days with no delays. I was last sexually active (unprotected) thru days 10 to 12 may....have been on rebif 44 for 2 weeks now and my period is already 3 days late and today I had very light brown discharge instead! I had a negative blood test and urine home test. Is it too early to find out if I'm pregnant? Should I stop rebif till I find out?
Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic. I wonder how you are using rebif (interferone alpha) while not using an effective method of contraception. Please make sure that you are not pregnant by doing a blood test for hcg and if negative, wait for spontaneous menstruation and start using an effective method of contraception i.e intrauterine device. If the test is positive, stop rebif immediately, start taking Folic acid supplement and consult your doctor. I wish you good luck. Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
