Sexually Active. Pregnancy Test Negative. Prescribed Cephalexin For Infection. Pap Abnormal. Redness, Inflammation In Vagina, Anal Area. Why?

I am sexually active and 7 days late. I took 4 pregnancy tests but all turned out negative. I noticed my vaginal area became very itchy and saw a Dr. she prescribed me cephalexin for a vaginal infection. My pap also came out abnormal so I need to retake one in 4 months. now I have redness and inflammation in both vaginal and anal areas. What's is going on with me?
