Sexually Active, Masturbates Regularly. Having Yellowish Brown Discharge That Smells Bad. How To Fix This Problem?

Hi my name is Sydney and im 15 years old. I lost my virginity a couple months ago (we used protection) and i masturbate 1-2 times a day. lately ive noticed a yellowish brownish discharge that smells really bad. i think i have some kind of infection but im not sure. Is there any way to fix this without going to a doctor? My mom knows im active but im really embarrassed about talking about this with her. please help...

Hi, Sydney..

If you have urethral discharge as you said,foul smelling yellowish brownish, and if you have burning micturition,then it is definitely urethritis.. Most probably gonococcal.. It may be confirmed by Microscopic exam of discharge. You consult dermatologist. Antibiotics like ciprofloxacin or ofloxacine may be taken. Alkaliser liquid may be taken to improve burning in urination. You should reduce masturbation frequency. And avoid to intercourse with multiple partners.
