Shall I Get Worried For Headache With Stiff Neck And Fever ?

Ive had a severe headache for the second day now, yesterday I slept till 7pm. Today I have a stiff neck and back, I feel weak all over and I had a fever but its gone now but has been replaced with feeling a bit cold. I looked at the symptoms of meningitis and I haven t got a rash and my eyes aren t that sensitive to light. Should I be worried?

Stop worrying about meningitis as it is more likely to be a viral fever which will take at least three days to subside. Till then take tab. Paracetamol- Tylenol every four hourly, have a tablet of vitamin C twice daily and see the result.
