Sharp Chest Pains, Pressure In The Chest And Jaw. What Is Wrong?

Hi, I am a 28 yr old male ...I experience sharp chest pains every so often that goes straight to my back. When the pain comes I feel pressure in my chest and a sensation in my jaw.... I feel a bump on the center of my chest and slightly to the right it feels like a bruise when I touch it... That's also were I get the sharp pain that goes straight to my back ... I don't know what's going on ..thank you for your time

Dear,
Complains u have shared makes me concerned about u. If ur experiancing these problems frequently so u should consult a good Cardiologist right away and atleast a 2D Echo followed by Stress test ( Trademill test ) done ASAP. These symptoms can be related to a heart condition and needs urgent attention.
Let me know about how's ur cardiologist feels about this. If there is no cardiac element in this then it can be seen from ortho perspective.
