Hi welcome to health care magic forum.
Thanks for calling H.C.M.Forum.
You have got sharp lower abdominal pain, and lower back pain, a couple of times, You also get it during your period also. The period is not constant, and brown in color.
It appears to be due to urinary tract infection, stone in the urinary tract, pelvic inflammatory disease. Chronic appendicitis, or tuberculosis of the ileocaecal junction.
I advise you to consult a surgeon, for diagnosis and treatment, you may need to have C.T.scan besides other routine tests for confirmation.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
Best regards.
