Sharp Pain In Chest Occurs When I Make A Sudden Movement

From time to time, I get an extremely sharp pain in my chest (right near my heart). It hurts so much that I must freeze for a moment until it goes away. It occurs when I make a sudden movement and only lasts for about a second. I am only 16. Is this something to worry about?

DARLING! Do not worry. I had the same thing and I am 15. I went to see a heart doctor and my family doctor and everything and the result was... growing pains. It was like a sharp pain, you freeze and it goes away and you're back to normal. Eventually it went away AFTER I saw the doctor. At least I got the day off of school!
