Sharp Pain In Ear After Long Hour Talks On Phone. Why Tired With Fatigue?

Hello Dr Can you please help me. I have a quick question for you. For the past 8 months, I had been talking continously on the cellphone for more than 4 hrs a day. My husband lives in India and I had been talking to him day and night on my cellular phone. Off late, I have observed sharp pains in my right ear coupled with a ringing sound. Also, I have a big boil on the back of my head on the right side, which is very painful. I have head aches frequently and this is just on the right side. I get quickly irritated and loose my temper. Feel very tired and experience high level of fatigue . Note: Am a new-mom, just been 30 days post-partum. Please tell me, if all of this pain is due to excessive usage of phone?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello. the pain may not be due to the phone rather it may be due to the boil on the back of your head. however the ringing sound may be due to the phone overuse.i would recommend you meet your ENT doctor, who will order some audiological (hearing) tests and guide you further. meanwhile.. please reduce the time you spend on the phone. thanks
