hi thank you for the query sir I have gone through your query and understood your concerns sir I would give you three possibilities for your chest pain with diabetes a major risk factor 1. musculoskeletal 2.GERD 3.pleuritic chest pain 4.cardiac pathology a simple ecg will rule out cardiac pathology which is of major concern ..and the rest would subside with proper medication as prescribed by your doctor after diagnosing your problem..so I would like to suggest you to see a cardiaologist or gp and go through complete cardiac work up...hope every thing would be normal...thank you wish you good health..hope I have answered your query to satisfactory .. regards DR.Alekhya
