Sharp Pain In The Heart, Weakness In The Left Hand. Is This A Serious Issue?

Hi , I have this pain in my heart about a year & 5 months , It s realy a sharp pain , my left arm go weak & hand shakes sometimes , well about my heart it s like you instell a needle in it it s realy painful , sometimes I scream because of the pain , I feel like to enter my hand inside my cheas & take off my heart .. Please is it a serious issue ?

heart related pain will radiate to any of arms and shoulder , it increase on exertion and relived on rest ,
may associated with sweating and shortness of breath ,
your pain is not look like heart related problem ,
stay relax , donot panic ,
avoid heavy exertion and stress ,
consult family physician and do ECK , if any problem in ECG then consult cardiologist and follow his advice ,
adopt healthy life style ,
eat healthy food ,
stay away from any addiction .
take proper sleep .
