Sharp Pain Inside Ear, Using One Sided Headset At Work, Pain In Same Side. Any Ideas?

I have been getting a sharp pain inside my ear. It's quick and very random. Sometimes this will occur either days or hours apart. I thought it might be sinus related, but I've never had this happen to me in over 20 years! I am using a one sided headset at work and the ear that I wear the headset on is where the pain is coming from. I read somewhere that headsets may cause this condition. Any ideas?

hand set can cause but it seem to me sinusitis
post nasal drip of sinuses can cause pain in ears off and on initially it does not cause much discomfort but slowly s time increases the symptomps increases
you should go for xray pns waters view to ind the condition of sinuses
till i can advise you to take allegra 120 mg bd
apply neomycin h eye ointment in nose bd
put sea water drops 2 drops at night in each nose this will clear back of throat and eustachaN TUBES SO IT WONT HURT MUCH
YOU CAN CONTINUE IT FOR LONG OR SOS CONDITIONS OFF AND ON
