Sharp Pain, white Discharge During Ovulation. Chances Of Pregnancy?

I did an ovulation test last Monday morning and it was positive both lines as dark as each other. I had unprotected sex Tuesday morning and there was a lot of watery discharge. That same day while at I had cramping and a slight sharp pain on the right side and the cramping lasted until Wednesday night which has eased now. Did I ovulate and what are my chances of conceiving?

Hi,
Ovulation signs include plenty of watery discharge along with cramping pain on any one side of the lower abdomen sometimes. If you are taking basal body temperature, ovulation is indicated by a sudden rise in the temperature and this rise is persistent if conception has occurred. Ovulation kits when done properly are also highly predictable. You stand a very good chance of conceiving if you ovulated around the time of unprotected intercourse. To know if you have conceived, you can get a serum beta-hCG assay at least 10 days after your time of ovulation. Hope your query is clarified. Good luck.
