Sharp Stabbing Pain In Groin Area, Right Hip, Inhibits While Walking. Relief With Panodol

I am 69 yrs old, female and in good health except for a sharp stabbing pain in the right groin area, this catches me unexpectedly and is so sharp that I almost fall over. It only lasts a moment but can happen several times a day. For an hour or so after I have pain when I walk. Sometimes I also have sharp pain in the right hip which also inhibits walking . Taking panodol helps.
