Hi, i need help asap. my girlfriend has been feeling dizzy for a couple of days now. she had her period already but only lasted a day. we tried a pregnancy test once but it was negative. she's feeling dizzy everyday and feeling like she's going to throw up. pls help us thanks alot

As you have mentioned that you have already gone for a check up then please dont worry ,it might be that she is not keeping well...........Wait for 2to3 days and if still no improvement then try to go for a checkup again .......

the bleeding she had may be imlantation bleeding. if you had done pregnancy test after 1 month of the last good periods she had then only you can rule out being pregnant. Repeat test one more time.
