Shooting Pain Above Left Chest While Stretching Or Lying Flat. What Could Be The Reason?

Dear doc , I was playing with my kid and I kind of bent down to an awkward position. Since the last hour and thirty minutes I am having pain an inch above my left chest . I feel a shooting pain when I stretch or lie flat. I sincerely hope this is not a heart attack . I am a 32year old male weighing 84 kg and 180 cm tall. Regards, Ram

this is a typical pain of muscular spasm so

dont wory you need to take

tab; nise 100 mg twice daily
tab; brufen 400 mg twice daily
bed rest for 3 days
