Short Sight, Redness And Swelling In The Eyes. Couple Of Eye Drops Dint Help. Any Treatment?

Hi for the past 5 moths I have been experiencing eye problems I do wear glasses but just for driving because I can't see from a far distance, My eyes have small little red veins going all around which I didn't use to have before, the inner corner of my eyes closer to the nose are red and swollen, I get gritty eyes and feel pressure some times this makes me blink constantly because it makes me feel like I have dirt inside my eyes it also stings. I went to my eye doctor and he prescribe allergie drops he though it would help, I have usd it for a week now and no results. It comes and goes I will have eye problems for two weeks and be better for on week, my eyes get worst with driving,I also try drop for dry eyes and got no relieve
