Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

You have a host of symptoms, possibly related to the heart.
Your age and gender are not mentioned.
You need to see a CARDIOLOGIST
It is advisable to have it investigated.

A thorough history and physical examination is the first step -
ECG (Electrocardiogram / EKG) – Routine 12-lead – is part of clinical examination.
HOLTER (24 to 48 hour ambulatory monitoring) / ECHOcardiogram / TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) / LABORATORY work-up may all be necessary.

Proper treatment demands proper diagnosis.
Proper diagnosis demands examination and investigation,

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
