Shortness Of Breath, Chest Discomfort, Runny Nose, Itchy Eyes. Taking Allegra. Have Hypertension. Suggestions?

I have been taking Allegra for about 5 days. I feel short of breath at times and back and chest discomfort at times. the only prescriptions I take are protonix and felopodtine daily.I have allergies most of the time,but right now BAD.runny nose ,itchy eyes and nose running constatly.This time of year is bad with trees and leaves and wind.Live in the northeast.This the first time I take allegra. I have hypertension. rapid heart beat at times.
