Shortness Of Breath While Coming Out In Snow, Gas Problems And Nausea Are Signs Of Incoming Heart Attack?

Yesterday I was outside pushing some snow, not very heavy, and I became short of breath. Went inside the house, attempted to back outside about an hour later. After putting my outwear on starting feeling short of breath again. After a few hours of resting I attempted again, this time with no issues. Today, no issues with breathing to speak of,but had terrible gas (belching for relief)/nausea all day. This has subsided. Now I am just tired. I did not eat today due to my stomach. I am away from home today traveling for business. Do you think those two episodes are potential signs of an incoming heart attack? Male, 44, 5'9", 175 lbs.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe there appears to be some allergy like cold, and cough, may not apparent, lead to breath less ness.
Other causes may be the empty stomach, which can pretend the breath less ness, that is why there is gas and nausea, and no appetite.
If it is cardiac involvement, the problem must be there on third time and afterwards also.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods,to facilitate the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
