Hi,
Shortness of breath can be due to respiratiory cardiac cause. Your obesity may be the cause also. This problem is unrelated to your cancer. now the type of spinal cancer and uterine tumor to be mentioned. the treatment history is also necessary. if your spinal tumor was an extension of cranial tumor then there is a chance of malignant tumor which might be treated by craniospinal irradiation. so this history is also important , this can cause an endocrine problem. please follow your doctors' advice.
