hi doctor, iam using confido two times a day since last 3 months with combination of ashwaganda twice a day for noctornal , premature ejucalation , now my quesistion is that should i continue or stop now i feel better in my sex disorder , also i am felling very little pain occassionaly in my kideny side

I can understand your concern. Confido and Ashwagandha both are herbal medicines and used for psychosexual problems especially Premature ejaculation. If you are feeling better and have completed about three months on treatment you can think of stopping the drugs. You can reduce the tablet to one tablet per day for 2 weeks and can stop the drugs completely then.
