Should Clenil And Atem Be Diluted With Saline For Nebulizing An Infant?

Hi, kindly tell me the doze of clenil and atem to be used for nebulizating my 6month baby, the doctor has prescribed 1cc clenil and 1cc atem, am confused whether I have to dilute them with saline or not, and if dilution is necessary then how much saline should be used
