Should Crocin Be Administered Along With Advent For A Toddler With High Fever?

Hello doctor my 4 year baby is having fever from 3 days I have consulted the doctor he gave me Simon syrup for fever for 2 days if fever doesn’t go down he said to give me advent now he is having fever 103 so with advent shd I have to give him Crocin also
