Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Dermovate is a potent steroid and shod be used with caution under the supervision of a dermatologist. I generally give it once a day in the morning along with tacrolimus/ pimecrolimus ( protopic) at bedtime. If your doctor has advised twice a day, please follow up regularly with him/ her as it could have adverse effects if used for more than 4-6 weeks.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
